ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Steve Hare - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
DESIRED QUALITIES INCLUDE:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Detail oriented & able to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to obtain applicable licensing requirements.
As an agent team member, you will receive:
- Salary plus commission, with bonuses available throughout the year.
- Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement in my office and the potential to work towards becoming a State Farm Independent Contractor Agent.
- Paid time
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
